Ascension of Jesus ChristThe Transfiguration of Jesus Christ Beatitudes Sermon on the Mount of Jesus Christ Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God
This is tricky stuff because the concept of a Heaven where all our sorrows are healed and we are young and beautiful and we worship God and hangout with those we loved, including our pooches (Grey's Anatomy) is so precious and utterly indispensable for many of us. I don't want to mess with that and what I say or what other paths might point to.... works only if one is comfortable with that. I.E. the Illusion. The Void... the Real. But it is my hope that this old carcass will reintegrate with the Creation and continue to serve by rejoining the Cosmic Soup. And my spirit, oh, please! may it simply be Absorbed into the One. None of what I drag around needs to survive and I hope that my brother and fellow Sufi is now Absorbed. No more separation. Union. Many in the family hope to see him again on the other side. I don't. But they may..... Now what if we all get what we ask for, what we need? Didn't C.S. Lewis sort of hint at that? This is important stuff, Mike. I am glad you are pulling on the thread but.... in the end, you may have to decide for yourself, huh? And isn't it the pits that in the end, we all have to do that and there is no for sure answer? Drives me nuts!

Lovingly, Raiyan
