"Thank you so much. I really didn't foresee, when I agreed to pay $220 for this divorce, that we would have someone who actually cared what we were concerned about. I figured we would just get some very generic paperwork thrown together and would have to figure out what to do with it on our own. We truly appreciate that you have treated us like more than just the monetary figure that some attorneys treat their clients as. We will recommend you to anyone we run across who needs this service or any other that you provide."

"I wanted to write you and thank you for taking the time to print and mail me the [habeas corpus petition] forms. I would also like to thank you for writing the brief at http://briefsandproposals.com/?p=176    Before reading part of your brief, I had lost all sense of hope and justice. For that, my family and I are truly in debt to you. Again, thank you, sir. Respectfully,"

"I spoke to three attorneys with years and years of experience about a child support arrearage matter. Each of the other attorneys told me my case was hopeless and that I would have to pay the arrearage even though I had negotiated to have it paid off. But Michael Guth thought I had a legitimate grievance. He helped me to prepare an Opposition pleading that I could file Pro se. When the opposing side saw that we were serious, they soon settled out of court for the relief sought in my Opposition. I would highly recommend Michael Guth as an attorney to anyone."

"I like his style. It feels quite honest and forthright, not to mention that Guth knows his stuff very well. I canned our last attorney because while he had plenty of chutzpah, he had the meter running a marathon, and for not half as much production. So I certainly intend to use Guth's expertise in the future."

On April 23, 2001, Florida-based 123Jump.com acquired Justwhispers.com, a California-based corporation providing information on unofficial quarterly earnings of publicly traded stocks. Michael Guth served as Seller's Counsel for this transaction.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had my hearing in General Sessions this week. The Plaintiff requested a dismissal, which was granted. Then I asked the judge about my counter-claim. He obviously had not read it before trial. The attorney tried to say they had no knowledge of the counterclaim, but I had sent it certified, return receipt. :) I can't say enough good things about you & the service you provided me. I knew I had a case but wasn't sure how to word the answer & counter-claim to be effective in court. You not only provided me with a great counterclaim, but your help gave me the peace of mind I needed going into court. Thank you!

It has been a pleasure working with you and I really appreciate all of your help. Good luck in the future and thank you."

"[Concerning a Tennessee case about transfering the deed of ownership for a house owned by a deceased woman to her daughter] I want to thank you from the bottom of my sceptical heart. You have done what no one, even our original lawyer, would do. You gave us help. We have been looking for the simple answer through 15 people at the state, county and local level and you were the only one that was willing to help. The heart of the good samaritan lives in you. Thanks so so much! To coin a new phrase, "you are a dis-credit to the negative stereotype of the law professional!"

"While searching online for credit card blogs in Tennessee, I stumbled upon Dr. Guth's website. At this time, my husband and I were 13 months delinquent on six credit cards with a sizeable amount debt and late charges. One of the credit cards that belonged to me became aggressive, and filed suit against me claiming I owed an amount that was substantially higher than the original charges. I was looking for answers to many questions ranging from what to say in court, to delaying the court date. Since he offered the convenient option of getting advice through email at a nominal charge, I took a chance and sent him all my questions. Surprisingly, he surpassed my expectations. Not only did he send me court papers to defend my case, but he also sent me detailed instructions on how to defend myself in court. Before I went to court I had a few more questions for him, which he answered at no charge. As a result, I was given the tools to get my court date delayed, the amount significantly reduced, and possibly thrown out of court! He educated me about my rights, whereas others were taken advantage of. He provides one on one attention, expedient feedback, professionalism and expertise. He will provide a plan of action that will work in your situation!"

How to Sue eBay and Paypal

" Subject: Thanks for your article on how to sue ebay and paypal.

Dear Mike;

I love ya man!!

I sold a procharger on ebay back in 2008 just after ebay made paypal the exclusive payment method, and even though I was a user of both for over ten years they changed my account status and seized the money in it, ($2700 USD). Anyways they gave me the total run around in their dispute process and it was never set up to implement and handle complaints about them, only against defective, damaged, mis-represented merchandise, or the other buyer/ seller. Since I could not get any answers from them about how to proceed I filed suit in the local small claims court here in Texas under the states penal code for theft and deceptive trade practices. I was shocked that they came back in a filing claiming I had to pay their legal expenses and that they could only be sued in California or Nebraska!

Anyways the little knowledge I got from your article helped me to convince the judge to dismiss their filing, and then ebay settled with me!!

I hope you have a great year! Thanks for putting that article out."
